It went idoc around 9-10est, so that means it'll probably fall around 1-3pm tomorrow est. You'll notice by my journal that I SPY is bot timing it, that means be prepared for mid/K*P/OCD/FL/5th/whatever other alt guilds they use to come by and murder you for slim pickings. Wouldn't surprise me. though often it seems as if One has more fun denying you domination than any interest in gank greed killing people. But it'd be no shock to anyone if you have people planted in any decent sized guild to spy, backstab, deceive, and betray.
