List of Tameable Creatures on UOR

I was really kind of sad that you cant tame giant serpents here.
Is this a definitive list of each and every tameable creature?

Also on a side note, is there any way to raise a pets poisoning or is it as high as its gonna go when you tame it?

Or is that offensive to non-Beetle mounts. Should the PC greeting be "Happy Mount Holidays"?
