If anyone has a vendor house with decent foot traffic, and is looking for someone to help expand, I am in search of a place where I can have 1-3 vendors. The list of things I'm considering selling are primarily fishing rares, scrolls, spellbooks, magic items, and armor sets. I'm very active, and you can count on the vendors being checked and restocked regularly. I also wouldn't be amiss to joining a guild if that is a requirement. Been macroing here long enough that it's time I made some friends anyway.
