Villa in this listing is as secluded as you can get. Whole screen to itself with 5 camps close by. Vesper guard zone is about 20 seconds run from it.

You're far enough away from the AFK Tamers to not actually see them, and it's a few screens from the teleporters into Jhelom; which is also a few screens from the bank and moongate. Decently priced for the location.

If you walk east of Brit, to the SW there is an area with lots of houses all using the name Lumaria....

There’s a spot that you can fit a villa. It’s a great location cause while it’s got a lot of surrounding spots, 95% of them are owned by A guy who doesn’t even play. He just hordes all the spots.

Point is, it’s a nice area, safe and nearly all the Lumaria spots are set to public.
