    Yeah I noticed that, haven't been able to catch the refreshers, Tried to get that cove savage log since like year 3 with no luck, thought the villa might mean new ownership

    Yeah, "Savage orc clan" or something, probably a long gone guild. I remember that place in 2014 and never knew who owned it specifically.

    Hey all,
    So I own the cabin, 2nd one in, named "the house of bards". I've owned it since 2016. Had to do some searching but bought from Cynic, sale completed by Iago on his part. Not on the market yet but it's for sale for the right price/owner.
    As for the new patio, use to be a cabin with the guild stone for the cove savage clan in it, but you know that. I have never ever, and this was my primary house for a while, seen a refresher nor any one else even remotely connected to that property in all of my time here.
