Shame this fell. I can't even remember who I sold it to now. It was a small tower, not sure if that still fits. Literally GZ right outside your door and you can Teleport to that roof from the top of a small tower.
Leave a book explaining your interest to buy, on the doorstep. It won't decay and it's hardly likely someone will come by to ruin your attempt to communicate.
