I've read before that Razor isn't any good for walking characters, but since I don't use any other programs there's not really much choice. Which is fine because I've found that if I put a half-second pause in between every step it works out fine. Usually. Lately I've been having problems with some of these macros involving walking. They worked fine for weeks, my characters have walked these routes many times successfully, and then suddenly something changed for no reason I can figure out. Now instead of walking along a clear planned path they bump into things, get stuck, and the whole macro is ruined. Is the landmass/terrain being revamped or is there some other reason this could be happening?

I have a macro that starts where I recall in at my house and it walks to my front door unlocks and relocks the door steps 2 steps forward then shuts the door then uses detect hidden. I have lag problems on this server but not with that macro

I am guessing you are doing a lot more in dept macro for mining or lumberjack which means any little delay could mess it all up.

Thanks for the replies but it's not lag - as an example/explanation, I had a fishing macro walking along a coastline that worked fine for a few weeks... suddenly it stopped working and my fisher didn't walk properly... and after watching it play out very carefully I had to add in an extra step (Walk:West) for it to work properly. Now it works right every time again. If my problem was lag then it wouldn't have happened every time in the same spot and a correction like that would fail almost every other time when lag didn't occur. Also, originally every spot the fisherman stopped at was viable to fish from for at least 15 casts but now at around six of the stops I always get the 'the fish don't seem to be biting here' message.

To sum it up - something ain't right.
