On the spells page http://www.uorenaissance.com/info/?page=g_spells I assume that column means real skill. I looked all over and could only find an old calc on stratics that seems very inaccurate. Recall would require 70.1 to never fizz, correct?
The values given in that link are for the shown skill, as shown skill dictates the efficiency in which skills are used & spells are cast. Real skill is only used to calculate the skills-total of a character outside of the natural influence stats grant to a variety of skills which aren't factored into the 700.0 maximum skill points pool.
