Looking to offload my Mining house, steps from a cave (closest house to it). Will leave bottom floor (set up for golem mining) as is, other than that it will be empty. Camps do spawn on front doorstep, including during events. Make me an offer I can't refuse! Gold preferred. Accepting Plat at 4.5k, HC at 3.5k up to 50% of final bid. We've only used it for golems so far. But with ladders should be able to hit the 6 nodes around the property. 2-3 nodes for sure, with the Valorite node being 1 of them.
