Hi. I'm Westra on IRC for those who don't know me. Marjo, Kadyn, Shwana, and Dwana in game. For those who do know me, know I am not big on PVP. I have been thinking about starting a guild for players who are not into pvp, more pvm and crafts. Folks who like to roam around the country side killing whatever monsters and doing dungeon crawls. Now, my concept thus far is an old fashion style guild. We will fight other players when need arises, but we don't attach reds just because they are red. With this exception. A revenge fight. Example: A person from guild B kills a miner, steals their ingots, etc. Now my guild is C. So the miner either is in guild C or has a alt. in guild C. if the killed player wishes. I as GM of guild C, would contact under a flag of truce the murder's GM and request a duel with the murderer and a member of guild C. (usually this is an alt. character of miner) but can be a champion chosen by miner, if the miner is fairly new player. This duel would be to death if both guild's B and C agree, but no murder charge is taken at end. Also rules of the duel would be decided upon before hand. Usually members of both guilds would witness the duel. When duel is over, no fighting between the guilds. B goes their way, C goes their way. Ideally, this is the end of the issue. If the killer is not in a guild, than a challenge to duel can be given in IRC or in forums. This is a very old way of doing things Dates back to before T2A Mainly the guild is for folks who just enjoy the game, want to make friends and hang out together "hunting" etc. I am interested in feed back and if anyone is interested in this type of guild. The [NEW] guild is usually a very popular one when players start on a new shard. I'm sure a lot of our less combative players would appreciate a group of players willing to assist them in getting started on the server. Once you get the guild setup, we can setup a guild forum for you to post useful information in.

If I wasn't so involved getting TDL off the ground, that'd be my ideal guild Westra. If you need a hand with dungeon crawls, I'd lend a hand. I love crawls
Thanks Gharik and all the rest. Will be awhile before can be a offical guild. Need earn gold for house guild stone etc. But might be able to get a group together who are ready to touch the stone when it's placed. More the merrier for dungeons crawls. :}
