    CLOSED FOR LACK OF INTEREST.

I have some unused houses north of Minoc available to new players. I will coown your characters and you are free to remain as long as you like, on one condition: I will remove you and coown the next person in line if I don't see the house refreshed for an extended period of time. If this happens, I will leave a 7 day eviction notice book inside the steps and any contents remaining after that time will be sold off storage wars style. The proceeds of the sale will be donated to the fishing tournaments.

Just think, this is a great opportunity to live right behind me! Great mining houses, a rune library a short jaunt away and the A^T Guild Hall just behind that. Open to the public, the arena on the roof is there for all to use.

Cheers and welcome to the Nooberhood!

Will you offer a buyout option for the property if said "new player" really likes the spot and wants to stay? It may be appealing to people to know they can buy the place if they like the neighborhood.

    Great idea. Best of luck.

    Great idea Bogaugh.
I have been considering doing something like this with some of my properties.
    Thanks for the example.

Bogugh - I am a new player to UO:R (been here a couple of days) and I would love to take you up on your generous offer of accommodation whilst I find my feet. How do I go about contacting you?

It has nothing to do with my liking it. A tower placed there would obstruct the view of my front door.
