Hello everyone! I started playing about a week ago, and have been leveling skills on two chars since then. I would really like to start branching out soon by joining a guild and/or having a group of people to help me learn the game. If anyone is interested please let me know. I have a small rag tag bunch of players who like to help one another on the UO life journey. We are not big, but we do have some helpful members. I would be glad to chat with you over IRC or find ya in game. I am currently unable to login to the game as I am at work and have the luxury to sneak onto the forums and irc from time to time. I will be on irc for about an hour more before going home and then I will probably fire up for game time in approximately 6 hours. If your interested in hearing more, find me on irc now or later.

As an bystander, i would recommend going guildless for a long enough time period to form some conclusions about who does what. Then maybe check into the guilds section of the shard website and see what size and member levels are at for guilds that look appealing. Also highly recommend scrolling through guild section on the forums so you can read some mission statements and see what their style is about. I went guildless for my first month here before making my own guild. I know a few people from H*O that are great to play with. Don't know much about P'S structure but they put on some cool dungeon crawl events and seem very welcoming.
