Good morning, I am brand new to UOR (2 days but absolutely hooked again). I played Catskills back in the day 97-2000 and this is the first time I've played on a shard like this so playing this game after almost 20 years has gotten me hooked again. I am looking for a little help acquiring 2 items - i will pay but I only have around 4k at the moment - a nice Axe weapon, maybe silver? - A full spell book for my mage If anyone has one of the items above and dont mind selling at a new player discount please let me know
I would hold off on acquiring / wielding any slayer weapons until you feel a Welcome to the server! I also played on Catskills around the same time (my main was named Sephiroth at the time). If you get on IRC later tonight I'll look for you and see how I can help get you setup. If you've been away from the game for a while, just be careful running around with a decent axe (especially a slayer!). They can be rather coveted here, and could make you a target In any case - always stoked to see new folks come and play here, so if you need anything I'm glad to help!
thanks Raajaton, was able to grab a few decent axes. I had characters named Igor, Prickly Pete, Oswald, Mybumnsmells (yes i know lol) been traveling a lot for work before turkey day so plan on getting the IRC up and running when i get a chance
