Hi All, It's been several years since I've played UO and probably about 15 since I've played this era. I was curious, are the character templates for PvP that are posted in the pvp forum up to date? Thanks
Yes, for UO:R they seem accurate. Still some are more favored (e.g. stun mage) than others (e.g. nox mage or tank mage with archery). Do you have any initial preference? People could comment a bit more in detail about your choice so far. EDIT: Mes ruled some templates out as inferior. I think he is right. (I assume you meant the stickied post in the pvp forum linking to templates).
5x mage + anatomy + healing, scribe, or hiding. Some people use nox fencers or lumberjacks. Note that tracking players is currently broken so most people are chucking tracking on pvp toons.
In my experience so far, the majority of PKers have been dexxers with magery. Either swords or fencing. Though this isn't really PvP as it's people going after farming spec toons. But, with a GTFO macro setup.. you can basically recall without dieing most of the time.
