[New SB!!!] Complete ownership of Valor Island (5 buildings, perfect for a guild, your own Shrine)

Hello fellow UO:Rers,

I was able to place every*** house spot on Valor Island. It's a jungle-type island with the typical jungle spawn, some healers and 10 treasure map spots (!). You could perma scout 5% of all existing tmap spots without moving from the safety of your home and react accordingly when you track intruders (e.g. say hello, steal from or kill kill kill). Valor Island got it's name by the way from the Shrine on the Island. Just ressurect there if something goes bad. Plus, any good runelibrary should be able to provide you and your guests a rune for it. In my opinion, this is the perfect place for a guild, e.g. a band of pirates.

I placed the largest houses that fit here: 2 small towers and 3 small houses. I didn't try to place workshops instead of the small houses. That might very likely be possible (same 7x7 area) for some of the small houses. You can check this out on the test server with the help of my screenshots below. The deed value of the five buildings on the island is ~308k gold pieces.

***Valor Island has a funny history: In each previous sale the house numbers that stated complete ownership of that island increased. From 1 (stated by El Horno Nov 2014), to 3 (stated by Krake Feb 2015), to 4 (stated by Iago Jul 2016). I did a very deep background search, and checked all information sources known to mankind and found another unknown spot. I can guarantee, that this island can't hold anymore houses than the here sold 5 and would accept to refund the new owner if additional spots are found within two weeks of the trade.

The conditions of this auction are as follows:

SB: 500k
BI: 50k.
BO: 1mil.
Plat accepted @10k per. Holiday coins @6k per.
Highest standing bid wins after 48 hours when only one bid was placed, and 24 hours if two or more were placed.

I owned this spot previously before I've let the Buildings fall.
Great Setup for RP Guilds, or for solo use where nobody will disturb you.

Jungle type area, you can also use it for Crocodile/Silverback farming. There is also one annoying silver serpent spawn, but everything else is pretty fine on that island.

I can also garantuee that these are all available spots on that island too.
