Ornate Treasure Chest #1153 Bright White

I was lucky enough to get an Ornate Treasure Chest Hue #1153 on a frozen scroll quest. Seems like there are similar chests that are also Hue #1153, but this one is bright white and not bright blue.

S/B is 200k.

I'm no expert, but that is almost certainly not hue 1153. Looks like it is 1150 to me.
