I am interested in buying this house or perhaps even the one just north of it if the price is right. This one is completely empty so not sure it's even being used. That's mine. It won't be sold. The one to the north is @CaptainMorgan 's and I doubt he's selling either. Also, to take the abrasive position... I'm not in refresh mode. I have plans for this house. Just because I'm not actively using it right now doesn't give you any sort of right to it or make it sad.

Alright, good to know. I was just curious if it might be for sale or if the owner is not playing and a friend is just keeping it refreshed for them. I actively mine so was wondering if it might be for sale. All Hoominga had to say was "I don't think he's selling, he has plans for it" instead of "likelyhood of it being sold -100". That doesn't say anything about who owns it, what their plans are, etc. It could just mean they aren't playing. Good luck with the house. If you or Captain Morgan ever do decide to sell them give me a shout. I may or may not be in the market yet at that point.
