Papua Bank

Was curious, how do people get runes marked for under the Papua bank floor? I notice sometimes people recall in and it appears they are under the floor with just their heads sticking out about the floor in the bank. It may be a optical illusion on my end, not sure.

Try teleport.

Turn on Circle Transparency to max and just target the ground, while standing near the north side of the bank.
