Can someone throw a number at me around the price a keep or castle would be ? Not in a prime location just in general
3mill on the very low end and the high end would be whatever you're willing to pay but 10 -15 mill isn't out of the question
If it's a shitty location and no one else is out there to buy a keep then I think you can get away with 2-3M. Forts are a different animal. You're looking at 7M+ even in the shittiest of shit.
