Hi All, Recently I've noticed that the Player Run Vendors thread has been lacking updates, so I've come to ask the community for a bit of help! Usually I would update the thread myself, unfortunately the population has grown so large and the community of vendors has grown immensely which has made it a tad harder to maintain than previously, so my thoughts are to rerun the 2013 Player Run Vendor advertizing contest! The player run vendors thread will be completely revamped to ensure that the most up-to-date details of vendors are on display, and of course rewards for all entrants will be incorporated. All entrants that supply full details will receive a free 30 day vendor advertizing contract *Note the advertising deeds will be limited to one per player How to Enter Entry is simple! Players only need to submit a screenshot of their vendor location(s) and supply all required details in the following format: Code: [color=#BF0000][b][size=150]<Vendor Shop Name>[/size][/b][/color] [color=#FF8000][size=100]Location:[/size][/color] <Vendor house Location> [color=#FF8000][size=100]Owner:[/size][/color]<Player Name>/<Forum Name> [img]<Screenshot of Vendor>[/img] [color=#FF4000]Vendors:[/color] <VendorName> - <Vendor Goods> The idea is to maintain a sense of consistency throughout the thread, allowing everyone to locate the goods they require much easier! Samples of these can be found in the existing player run vendor thread. Prizes Naturally no competition is complete without some reward incentives! For this year the categories/prices are as below: Best Decorated Vendor House Trophy (If I can get GM approval!) 20 Platinum Cupid Prize Bag Best Dressed Vendor/Vendor Theme Trophy (If I can get GM approval!) 10 Platinum 1150 Hued Sandstone Table Best Newbie Vendor Trophy (If I can get GM approval!) 5 Platinum White Rabbit Pelt This contest will run for a month, however I will give out vendor advertising contracts as time goes on.
