Is it possible to poison arrows and bolts? Silly question, but I can't find any other info about it, and for a sneaky/assassin type character (or a PvP bitching about being ganked by dragons) it might make some sense. Even if they're weaker versions of poisons, eg: they don't do damage, but they lower AR, Resists, STR, DEX, INT, and so on.
