For sale today we have this pristine marble workshop. This is just south of a natural golem spawning cave. There are also 2 valorite and 2 verite veins VERY near-by for marble ingots. The house comes with my golem trap for easy turreting which includes a small forge for practicallity. Dig up a golem/elemental, lure it to the entrance, run away to get another, and when you come back your turret has taken care of the first one. Can't get any easier than that. The house also comes with 100 gargoyle pick axes, 91 iron shovels, 8 dull copper shovels, 7 shadow iron shovels, 3 copper shovels, 5 bronze shovels, 3 gold shovels, 2 verite shovels and 2 valorite shovels. These plus the deed alone justify the SB!! Never seen neighbors. 2 wandering healers around. Other than the camp, the biggest spawn I've seen are snakes.
