There is another one, it is oriented the other way (north-south).

Can't you house decorator tool it and re-orient it?

Not at the moment, but I am pretty sure that is something Telamon can fix, given that there is clearly two orientations available.

There are two horse bardings also and they only face one way. I think that is by design.

Horse barding can now be flipped.

My understanding is that any item with two image variations can ultimately be flippable. And Telamon intends them to work that way, both for in-game purposes and because it makes them easier to track on the website. Their initial, non-flippable versions are called "statics" (I have no idea what this really means with regards to UO and RunUO), and he spent a bunch of time cleaning up the old statics and turning them into flippable non-statics where possible. Not to speak for him, but my hunch is that given the time, at some point these will be flippable too.
