Razor Bandage Macro

Is there a way to make a macro in razor for bandage self so that if you click it prior to the bandage timer finishing it doesnt use the bandage and hence doesnt restart your bandage timer again?

Really annoying when you are on the last second of the bandage time and either mistime it or hit it by accident and your timer restarts.

If this is possible (i think it is?) how do u do it?

well, as to the last question, I have a bandage timer in my titlebar display - {bandage}

I have a bandage timer in my titlebar too....

Still would be preferred to have a smart macro that blocks bandage usage if a bandage timer is currently active....
