Two very nice IDOCs tonight during primetime. Both belong to Rand/Faust/Dragkhar on the forums; I've tried PMing him a couple of times, with no response. Both will fall sometime between 7:15pm and 12:00 midnight EST. Blanche Island is of course a great spot for a house (the cannon will disappear with the house, sadly). The Keep has some nice stuff, with the centerpiece probably being the plough in the NE corner. Pro-tip: add the two pieces of it to your Scavenger Agent, get next to the wall, clear Scavenger cache, and wait. When it drops, take a step and your Scavenger will activate and start grabbing the pieces. I'd probably start a Recall spell as soon as I took the first step
With this announcement and it's proximity to a guard zone, I see this one being a free for all, I look forward to attending! Thanks Dalavar
It's actually not as close to the guard zone as you may think. For example, you can see that 7x7 to the NW of it. I think the guard zone begins to the West of that, not exactly sure where.
Back in the day, guardzone was only the Skara side of the ferry. This is my favorite neighborhood in all of Sosaria. I sincerely hope I can claim the house placement. Don't care about the loot (unless I gets some, that'd be nifty)
Rand/Faust/Dragkhar is by far in the top rankings of decorators I've seen on this shard. I have him in my top 5 list of people whom I'd like to redecorate Paws, if I could afford it. He always has good themes too. I hope Dalavar gets some of the items from this IDOC so he can put them to good use at the Cove Fortress Rune Library. Dalavar, if you need any help acquiring some of the items from these, let me know. I'll donate what gold I towards it.
This place gets refreshed last few hours before IDOC each time. I won't be shocked to see it refreshed an hour before the 7:15 pm est
I actually like that most of his deco is done with cheap items. Eyeballing the keep, the only major deco item is the plough. I'd love to have seen a plot of my bank balance over time. Like 3 weeks ago, it dipped down to 9,500gp. At present, it would not be a constraint towards acquiring any of the stuff in his keep for the rune library

They've never been. On OSI I used to go red off of murdering NPC farmers (back when they gave counts).
