Removing tress

Ok so I see a lot of screenshots with the trees cut down to stumps. Been trying to figure out how to do this but I can't. Is there an easy non computer savey way to do it?

It's not complicated but it will take some practice.

Make sure u back up the files that you are tinkering with or u may need to download UOR again and start over. Not a terrible repercussion but it can be avoided.

Also if you're on a PC this is going to be significantly easier.

just unzip these into your UO directory.

Once you gm lumberjacking, you can go around and cut them down for good.

I think i unzipped it....but still looks the same

you have to replace the existing files with the news ones.

after you DL, find the file and right click it
unzip the file into the existing UO file (yes, you have to find the directory and do some actual looking)
it will ask you if you want to replace the exsisting files, you say yes.
reload your UO client and you will have no more trees.

Well I had no choice but to browse. After I tried to get rid of the trees UO wouldn't work. Had to kill the time somehow.
