Returning House Deeds

I've searched around for an answer before posting this and I haven't had the courage to experiment...lol

But if I collapse a house and return it to the vendor, do I get a full refund or just a portion of the original cost of the deed??

full refund. Go to carpenters w/ deed and one of the npcs will speak, drop it on that guys head.

Full refund. Just drop the deed on the vendor and you will get a check.
