Hello fellow tamers, I need to free up a slot and would like to sell Lemon the dragon. Bonded status will transfer to you. I would like 60k in gold or plat. Also folks I'm interested in any offers or trades! I'd even accept the right number of bandies or taming quest tame/s. Instead of posting stats here's a link to Lemon - http://www.uorenaissance.com/pets/239691
Hey, yea I've retamed an untamed (but renamed), I guess previously bonded pet, left at Tera Sanctum before and to my surprise I fed it regular meat and it bonded to me! This isn't that pet, this is one I tamed. I used a mask of the wild to get that other one retamed. Anyways like Stranger said feed it regular meat and it will bond to you. I'll back it with a full refund if it doesn't for some odd reason (for peace of mind). It should refuse peculiar meat if you tried to feed it more if that mechanic is in place now. Anyone interested? Trades? Shoot me an offer.
Just here to provide confirmation; Bonded status DOES transfer if you have an available slot, you will only need to feed the pet some of its normal food, like regular meat for a dragon.
Awhile back, had a bonded nightmare go wild, original tamer re-tamed it and transferred it back and it would not accept peculiar meat. Gave it back because it was too nice to risk using it while unbonded. Couldn't find any info like this on the subject at the time. Anyone have an opinion on whether my situation was similar to the dragon re-bonding discussed here? P.S. The insight into my nightmare situation is only thing keeping me from being irritated I wasted the time checking the stats on that dragon. Expected something awesome from a "pre-bonded" dragon sale. Severely disappointed. The next dragon I see has a 50/50 chance of having better stats and its not hard to find peculiar meat these days. Friendly advice, stop trying to sell a lemon. oh wait, now I get it. Lemon is the dragons name.... my bad. On a more serious note: You are not going to get a full refund on your investment. If this isn't an elaborate joke and you sincerely want to unload it, lower your asking price to the market value of one piece of peculiar. 15-20k these days sound right? Make it a bargain for a newbie who won't care about the stats because they wouldn't be able to otherwise afford a bonded dragon. Whoops, re-read this and saw the flaw in my logic... tamers aren't usually penniless newbs anymore by the time they can control a dragon... you're SOL.
Captian Morgan - I'll be happy to trade quest tames! Redding did you feed it regular meat after it was transfered back (guessing you did since that's the step prior to pec M)? It didn't except peculiar meat due to the fact it was fed it once before (that's the way the bonding meat system it suppose to work). You may have had to wait the seven days after feeding it regular meat for it to rebond. I have had (gone untamed unbonded) retames (tamed by myself) rebond immediately after feeding them regular meat but possibly since someone else retamed it the seven day timer reset. Maybe a GM should look at it to see if something was wrong with it's bonding status. It's an honest post and I've lowered the price prior to your post. Makes me laugh when people complain of wasting time when they spend time playing this game. Not everyone is ubber rich or likes taming pets. 40k for a bonded? I'm not sure why you've decided to blast me for trying to sell my pet. Instead of just releasing it I was hoping someone would want Lemon. Strength of Lemon vs max strength stat difference is around 4 hp of melee damage. Break down is strength directly affects melee damage and hit points affects fire breath damage. So Lemon will have great fire breath damage (relative to current hp) and will have a handicap when it comes to his melee attack vs a perfect stat dragon. Everyone else thanks for checking out Lemon the dragon and I'm sorry if I've wasted your time. Have a great day!
