The moongate, town, flax field, and zoo are just a short run away. I'm tempted to replace it with a small marble to match the skeleton's houses. Moonglow Arena Small Marble - S/B 125k This house is a perfect house for vendors or pvp. You'd be located right outside the gates of Moonglow! The elevation change behind the house really makes it cool looking. There is so much potential with this house! Serpent's Hold Bank Hideaway Small Tower - S/B 145k This house is a great loot house. You have a straight run from your front steps to the bank. The tailor shop is also a very short run so it makes getting your BODs easy. You can hide here if a spawn from your treasure chests gets a little too much. Make it your fisher's port of choice with easy access to your own house and a bank. The stable is near by as well.
I was originally going to set the B/O on all of the houses at 2x the S/B because I like giving everyone a chance to bid so I didn't set any. But, since money talks, I'd do a B/O of 350k. Please let me know if you are interested and we could do the deal later today. If anyone else bids on the villa before you respond then I will have to retract the B/O offer.
