    The royal mummy appears in all Night of Horrors events, and seems like a rare spawn in the overworld event in Skara. So a few more will probably drop this year, but that just means someone will get the chance to make a stack of these bad boys!

    Or someone already looted one or more and bandaged himself up with it!!
