Selling the small tower at brit gate *yes already*

I need to flip this for another project, 20 mil takes it. (this is an even flip, no profit to be made) you can deco the area around the gate with plat char statues or whatever you want, possibility even block the view of the gate itself. Run vendors, have a great base for crafters/ljs, etc. I don't really need to put much of a hard sell on it, it's one of the best small house spots available. Will also hold a small marble if you want to put vendors on the bottom floor. (I like the sm tower better)
