3 mil is the lowest I'm willing to go for this property, but it's too much house in a vendor location and I think some one could put it to better use than I do. Hurry today and make this fantastic property yours before I change my mind and decide to keep it! And since beta things like this that I sell have had a tendency to sell for over twice what I let it go for, so this is an excellent investment property as well!
