    Up for sale is this magnificent 2 Story Villa, just mere feet from Serps Hold Stables. Also just a short walk from the bank. It is currently the largest house on the island, with a Sandstone Patio being the next largest.
    -It does not come decorated.
    -I will end the auction 48hrs after the last bid or after 1 week if no bids are placed.
    -I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime.

    -S/B 700k
    -No Buyout
    -Bid increments of at least 25k please.

    damn, thats a sweet location. i didnt know you could fit a villa on serp's
