    Introduction:
There are many ways to play Ultima Online: Renaissance, and luckily, you are not limited to just one style. Below are some recommendations to common character templates many players currently use.

    Disclaimer:
    (A) These character templates are for concept ideas only, specifically for newer players, and should not be considered the proper builds for any character template. You should only use these templates for reference, and modify them to fit your needs and play-styles. (B) If you feel your template belongs on this list, please post your own templates! Please remember that the skill cap here is 700 and Powerscrolls are NOT active.

    Legend:
    - Asterisk * Denotes Starting Skills.
    - All stats are suggested in the following format: str/dex/int.
    - Skills listed in the order in-which they should be trained (1, 2, 3, Etc.) to provide the best skill gain over time. Please note that some skills come in pairs and should be trained in tandem with one another (Ex: Magery & Resisting Spells, Provocation & Musicianship, Etc.)

    Bards
A Bard's weapon of choice is their favorite instrument. They have the ability to provoke battle or to create peace through their music. Bards are a common play style for new players seeking to get rich quick, but be warned, they are also common targets for murderers and thieves!

    The Provoker (100/25/100)
This provoker build is both offensive and defensive in nature, and can easily withstand attack from either monsters or players.

    1 - Magery *
    2 - Resisting Spells *
    3 - Meditation
    4 - Provocation *
    5 - Musicianship
6 - Wrestling (if hiding) else, Anatomy (if Eval Int for defensive Wrestling)
7 - Hiding or Evaluate Intelligence

    The Hunter (90/45/90)
This build is for the more experienced because of the lack of personal defenses. While many would say your pets act as your defense, they can be easily controlled by more experienced players. Never-the-less, this is my personal favorite PVM build.

    1 - Animal Taming *
    2 - Animal Lore
    3 - Magery *
4 - Resisting Spells or Meditation
    5 - Provocation *
    6 - Musicianship
    7 - Veterinary

    The Treasure Hunter (100/25/100)
There are many different flavors for the Treasure Hunter build, this is both offensive and defensive since we have both Provocation and Peacemaking. You can feasibly do Treasure Maps solo with this build, but it's always best to bring a friend!

    1 - Magery *
    2 - Cartography
    3 - Lockpicking *
    4 - Provocation *
    5 - Peacemaking or Hiding/Resisting Spells/Evaluate Intelligence/Wrestling
    6 - Musicianship
    7 - Meditation

    Tamers
Tamers are considered the most powerful and fun character-style to play, but the most difficult to train, and rightfully so. Whether you're into collecting exotic pets, selling mounts to players or dominating the battlefield with Dragons, controlling the forces of nature should be no easy task.

    The Beast Master (90/45/90)
The Beast Master is the most cookie-cutter build for tamers. It grants you the ability to control almost all beasts at GM, while maintaining personal offensive and defensive options when your pets are either dead or preoccupied. The higher dex is to increase Veterinary speed.

    1 - Animal Taming *
    2 - Animal Lore
    3 - Magery *
    4 - Resisting Spells *
    5 - Meditation
    6 - Veterinary
    7 - Wrestling

    The Void Tamer (90/45/90)
Much like the Beast Master, but for one big difference: Hiding. This will essentially allow you to remain completely hidden from enemy players, while your dragons do all the work for you.

    1 - Animal Taming *
    2 - Animal Lore
    3 - Magery *
    4 - Resisting Spells *
    5 - Veterinary
    6 - Wrestling
    7 - Hiding

    The Bard Tamer (90/45/90)
While not as useful as on other shards, due to several reasons, having Peacemaking can save you a lot of time taming angry beasts and can save you when you're in dire need of healing.

    1 - Animal Taming *
    2 - Animal Lore
    3 - Magery *
    4 - Resisting Spells *
    5 - Musicianship
    6 - Peacemaking
    7 - Veterinary
