I have had this property for a while now with the plans of turning it into a vendor house. The house is west of the Yew gate, next door to the sandstone with tons of BoD's. Right now there's one vendor up, Nevin, and he has GM barbed bone sets (5k per) and GM barbed leather as well as GM smithed archer suits. More GM tailored and smithed wares coming soon. I'll also be setting up a rares/deco vendor there in the next few days. Runics coming as well now that my smith is GM. If you see runes dropped at banks and public gates for SxC trading post, that's the one. Pick it up and stop by for a visit. It's still in development now, but there will be much more to come.
