That's us falling to our deaths. I hear that the Young kids are putting it up on the Youtubes these days, like the cinnamon challenge of Britannia.

Looks like a razor macro to climb your ladder, fall to take damage, and then heal.

Kind of a silly method to gain healing, considering the alternatives, but that's all I can think of.
