ITEM Description: Mountain-side 2-story villas located right next to each other (as seen in the picture below). Location is just West of Compassion Desert. No un-friendly mobs nearby to bug you at your doorstep and very low player traffic, so mining can be done in peace. Great spot for new players/friends trying out UO that want 2 spacious and versatile houses next to each other... mine at the mountain, setup a taming house at compassion, cut trees in the surrounding forest, setup one villa for pet training with easy access to veins to spawn shadow elementals, or take a quick trip NorthWest to arrow's point shore and take the boat out. Note: One of the few valorite veins in the area spawns a screen S from the villa location (in addition to several gold and agapite), as seen in the second picture. This spot can hold several combinations of small houses/villas. You could re-deed and put the villa on the right, or do 2 marble workshops right next to the mountain with a log cabin or sandstone for storage. Changed to BO only and reduced BO to 260k.. that's only 25k above the deed cost total of 235k! That's a steal for a spot that can fit multiple combinations of villa/log cabins/workshops, with mountain access!
Previous private buyer backed out, so these are back on the market! Also found out the location can accomodate two villas - thread title/info updated accordingly.
