The heavy crossbow has the biggest potential damage roll of any weapon (See here - http://www.uorenaissance.com/stratics/ ). And this item is the most damaging heavy crossbow in existence. It is Power (+7 damage) AND Exceptional (+4 damage). Vanq is 'only' +9 damage. Also red text on a black background is a nightmare to read : - )
