Also, a L shape will fit in this location. Optional: The 2 small houses in the area will be dropped after the sale or sold for their deed price in addition to the bid. SB: 180K BI: 50k 20K Sold! The auction closes when the high bid has stood for 24 hours. Thanks for looking!
hi! thanks for your bid! minimum BI is 50k @recoil: @ham retracted his bid so your bid is valid at SB180k also reduced BI to 20k per some feedback I had
I need to withdraw my bid. Was going to live there with a friend if we won, but he is MIA. Great plot though! cc @recoil
20k BI is a little much for what this is. No offense but this isn't a rare item or something. anyhow, 205k is my max bid.
No offense taken! I think this property is worth whatever people think its worth to them. Personally, I place a lot of value on a secluded water facing spots like this one, where you have to go several screens to find anyone. Also its a not a bad distance to walk from the Trinsic moongate; but I would not call it short. Regarding this spot not being uncommon; granted, I have not been playing for long, but in my short time here, I have yet to find spots like this one on sell often! (There was a villa spot that I tried to bid on when I started, that ended up going up the 500k mark) In this private clearing there is plenty of space to fit an L-Shape in at least 2 locations, or the current brick house, or a villa; and it is still placed on grass although, still surrounded by jungle tiles which is undesirable. And a great place to dock your ship as its a decent place if you like to sail. In any case, I appreciate your opinion and the bid, however per the rules I stated on the thread; I will honor @Arawn 's bid as the current max.
A paltry bid increase like that is just pissing on the previous bidder. A properly set bid increment is respectful to the person holding the current high bid and will only reset the auction timer for someone who really appreciates the purchase enough to take the next leap.
trust me, a large tower fits. It fits damnit. it does, please don't make my mistake. You will never live it down.
