As much as it pains me, as many other UO:Rers before me have realized, I simply have too many houses to refresh (even if I do actually use them). Therefore I must regrettably let go of my 4 house mining complex. I have really enjoyed owning this spot, and have farmed enough ingots and gold from it to cover how much I paid for it, but am looking to downsize to a single mining house going forward. If having room for 4 houses isn't an issue for you, I truly cannot recommend this location enough! Access to 13 nodes across 4 properties makes this a true "rainbow complex", as you can farm every single color of ore possible from the safety of your own property. Bodders rejoice as you can hit 4 iron nodes from the LT steps letting you churn out enough DC to keep two Millers happy. And did I mention the location? This spot effectively acts a guard tower overwatching the crossroads of Despise, Chaos, and Britain. Dungeon, shrine, and city are all just screens away and you can spy on folks passing through as you happily churn through mountains of elementals. Not only will this complex pay for itself, but you will have fun while it does! Properties will sell emptied of loot, but as pictured so you can skip the bridging and platforming and get right to the mining! SB: 4m BO: 7m 48/48 Minimum BI: 200k
