    Up for sale is this small house located extremely close to a Golem cave where gargoyle shovels can be used. This house can be turned into a ingot mining factory! Also, nicely located by Destard for all your Dragon killing needs.

    House is the one the character is standing by. Cave is circled in yellow. Destard is marked by the skull and crossbones
