Someone guide said that after t2 maps the decoder has to be the one digging it up, was that false?

you can dig it without any problem. Yop, the guide is wrong...

That information is false. Anyone can dig up an already decoded map; however, after T2 maps the digger has to have a certain amount of cartography skill to dig up the treasure. If I am wrong please correct me but from my knowledge the cartography skill is dependent on the lvl of the map. Higher the lvl of map = higher cartography skill of the digger.
