**Head on over to this location and feel free to try out the properties and get a feel for how amazing a bridged compound like this can be. All the properties are unlocked and the the courtyard was turned off and blocked immediately thereafter. This is literally a once in a lifetime sale unless Russell quits the game. Do not let this opportunity pass you by especially when it's so cheap given the cost of the deeds. Thank you for taking the time to look at my auction.** As many of you know, a week or so ago I put a Large Keep > Large Tower > Large Tower > Sm Tower bridged property combo up for sale. I took it down shortly after and revised it a bit to make it a LOT more enticing and worthy of the price. As per the title, who needs a fortress when you can transform a large keep into a literal fortress surrounded and bridged by not one, not two, but THREE LARGE TOWERS? Resting right on the waterfront below the entrance to Destard lay home to 5 wonderfully placed buildings. As you will see in the screenshots below, you can own a large keep in the middle of three large towers - all able to be bridged. You can recall safely into your keep courtyard and venture to any of the 3 large towers surrounding your main large keep. There's even room to bridge two more small towers onto the left two large towers (see SS below). This is the ultimate guild setup or the ultimate set of properties for one wealthy individual indulging in extravagance. Homes in UO are not just for storing items, they are a symbol of accomplishment and a constant reminder of your success. There's a reason big time UO ballas don't reside in small 7x7 sheds. The fact you can permanently lock all the front doors of all these properties and be able to access them on a whim through this elaborate ant-like inner network is by far a luxury only a rare few can say they have. These type of housing sales do NOT hit the market often and if you care to disagree then I challenge you to find the last one to hit the market of this caliber. The deeds alone are worth over 2 million. If I didn't already own a large keep myself I would definitely keep this property for myself and indulge in the high life (literally - those towers are huge!). Like I said in the other thread, yes, this is on a swamp but it is in the best part of the swamp possible. It sits firmly on the shoreline and your front lawn is grass. The spawn is incredibly low down here - almost nonexistent, but who cares about the spawn when you never have to leave your house. The only reason I'd ever leave this ocean front property is to go out for a swim (skinny-dipping of course). Price for deeds alone: 2,186,100 S/B 2.75M B/O 4M B/I 100k 48 Hours after last bid Without further ado, here are the screenshots.
Also, You will have the BEST neighbors in the game. A dwarf guild, who owns the next screen north of this property, is trying to build a dwarf village. We are opening up a keep that we own (just 2 screens north of this property) to a full public workshop, vendor mall, tavern. Awesome area to live. Would love to have another RP guild to move into this once in a server property sale.
Free bump for an amazing bunch of properties. Forget CTF imagine holding a "kill the dragon" event in these properties... Each team gets a tamed dragon on the top floor of a tower and they have to fight their way through the fort to kill the other team's dragon. Conveniently Taliic also sells dragons
Thank you, Mike. I agree completely with every assessment made in this thread. The opportunities are limitless and the amount of space here warrants all this high praise.
Added new screenshots of the whole compound bridged. I originally decided against bridging it myself and was going to let the new owner do it, but I must admit it looks a lot better with it bridged and now there's no question this sale is as true as advertised.
Taliic I don't know if you can get Lightshade to show you how, but if you can get a huge aerial view of everything in 1 shot, that would be amazing. I'm not sure how he does it though.
I have several homeless celebrities among my 12 or 13 used up slots to help you with that if you like... You could have Steves Job as the property manager of one tower, Matt Damon another, Prince in the last, and Rastaman Bob would be holding it down in the keep making sure all the hallways smell nice and fresh playing his lute all day long.
