so can someone clarify this for me. The rares are there and you can’t pick them up most of the time. But at some point your able to? I feel like I always see things on the ground but can never move them. How does this work?
Rares spawn at certain locations sporadically. Sometimes they spawn “on top” of a static rare. Most of the time they spawn in spots with nothing on them, or in a chest/container. The guide linked by @Samorite includes pictures to most of them and how they appear in the world.
