Vanq exchange for fort powder, use a deed to add 10 vanqs, give to blacksmith and receive 1 fort powder. Useful for players that acquire vanqs and dont use them and they dont sell on vendors. This is also a useful addition for players that don't do bod's, but still need the fort powder.
