Only suggestion would be to GM Detect Hidden after 95 lockpicking and lower that for one of these after you gain the last 5 points. Probably Hiding.
Magery Lockpicking Remove Traps Hiding Stealth 50 Detect Hidden 50 Meditation Cartography Alt+Tab Hiding and Stealth and Remove Traps allows you to dungeon lockpick without the possibility of being seen by monsters. If you're careful, you can also ironman the AMIB system without ever being seen by any pirates or undead. I find it fun. For T-Mapping, I prefer to dig up the chest and just run like heck and hide and let my tamer or pure bard clean things up. Especially on a level 6 chest, but even sometimes on a level 5, you're going to die with no wrestling and some unlucky spawns and rolls and tree formations. May as well have an alt that can resurrect already there, and bonus that it can clear spawn for you faster than a hybrid lockpicker ever could.
I always found LPers to be a support character and not one that can be played solo unless all you do is dungeon chests. You can probably swing level 2 and under TMaps with Mindless' template suggestion but 3 and higher can be tricky if you spawn single monsters while looting the chest and have nothing to provoke them on. I do TMaps with two characters, my LPer and my tamer. My LPer has: LP Detect Hidden (because I'm too lazy to GM LP) Cart Mage Med Item ID Hiding My tamer is your ordinary disco tamer. Item ID is extremely valuable to me because I don't want to loot the entire chest. I loot all gems/scrolls/regs/gold/plat and only the armor/weps that are valuable. I used to loot the entire chest and use a 3rd character to Item ID bags of crap later but I found the time wasted killing off the additional "trap" spawn from the chest was just a pain in the ass versus just moving onto my next map. Using this system I can mow down a level 4 TMap in 10-15 mins from gate in to gate out.
