I placed my first house here on Atlantic in 2000 after an IDOC. It was my first and only house and I kept it for years. I never managed to save enough gold to upgrade it from a villa, but it was great. Soft spot for Dragon Isle. Good luck with sale.
I just scouted this location. Man that is a nice looking spot with a lot of both tangible and intangible features. If I were more active, I'd pick it up. Even taking a break... I'm tempted.
