I have a bunch of unfilled large BOD for tailors. Now that I have a tailor I'm going to fill them up... However, it just says "Combine with another deed" on the bottom. How do I add the items into it?

You must first collect the corresponding small bods and fill those. Once they have filled then you combine the smalls with the large.

The BOD you posted is a large for the 10 of piece of the normal quality "Lady" set. To fill it you need to get 4 small bods; one that is for 10 normal bonnets, one for 10 normal fancy dresses, etc. once you have those filled, then you open the LBOD and combine the filled smalls.

I bet this has happened to most people.

*sadly dumps bag of fancy shirts into a nearby trash can*

In the case of normal BODs, exceptional BODs of the same type can be used to fill a large normal (if you already have a 10 exceptional bonnet, that will work for the normal large pictures.

Also, for leather (including footwear) - spined, horned, and barbed footwear can be used in large BODs where leather BODs are needed.
