When I am provoking I sometimes get totally screwed by a random elevation change, or sometimes a wall corner I misjudged. It leaves me in a situation where I have two monsters trying to kill me, and I have to wait more than 10 seconds to attempt to provoke them again. I really don't have a clue as to the reason behind this chain of events, maybe it is intentional to add a degree of difficulty to the provocation process. My wish though, and I'm hoping others besides provokers will agree with me, is for "target cannot be seen" to not force a skill use cooldown. Let provokers immediately attempt to provoke again. Any mistarget or LoS failure of Provocation or Discordance (probably Peacemaking as well) will require a 10s cooldown. I think all barding skills should get a 5s cooldown on any type of failure. LoS, mistarget, or actual skill use fail.
