I just wanted to publicly post my appreciation for the designers and administrators of this shard. As I play more, I find that the special touches are very reasonable and help ensure that the game is balanced and fun (gathering gumps, bosses, platinum system, etc). I still have a lot to explore within the shard, but what I have done (fishing, hunting, amibs, tmaps, etc) has been very fun. And I'll be honest, at the shard's inception, I was skeptical, but my suspicions have been proven to be unfounded. I hope to enjoy playing here for many years to come. +1 Chris
Yep, great job gentlemen. When I picked up UO again back in late March, my only intention was to get a decent sized house and check off that box on my 'MMO bucket list'. I thought I'd be here for about a month, fulfill my destiny, and then return to other games. But I haven't left. UOR is indeed great!
